⚖ Matriculix is a tool and guide: it prepares the documents, the data and the ISV calculation. The customer’s designated representative is the partner lawyer, who holds the wet-ink procuração and acts before AT, IMT and IRN. Matriculix is not the mandatária, not a despachante oficial, not a lawyer.

The customer starts on the calculator. If the number makes sense, they open an account with email + NIF, confirm vehicle basics, and pay the €399 flat service fee. We don’t charge before this step.

Email, NIF, vehicle data (make, model, year, CO₂, cc). No credit card yet.

We generate the document in European Portuguese. The customer signs in person — notary or chamber of commerce, anywhere — and posts the original by registered mail. The partner lawyer only acts as designated representative once the original is in hand.

We gather the manufacturer’s COC, the Modelo 9 (statistical declaration), and the vehicle-entry proof. We cross-check against the calculator. We book the inspection at an IPAC-accredited partner workshop.

The customer uploads or posts the Certificate of Conformity and the filled Modelo 9. Photos OK if quality is good.

The partner lawyer files the DAV in the AT SFA2 portal, on the customer’s behalf, within the 20-working-day window; Matriculix prepares the data and coordinates the step. AT liquidates the ISV and issues the DUC. The customer pays; we confirm receipt.

The partner lawyer carries out the definitive property registration at the Conservatória do Registo Automóvel (IRN); Matriculix coordinates and tracks it. The DUA is issued in the customer’s name. Physical plates are ordered from a licensed chapeiro and shipped by registered mail.
